STITCH/BODY WELDER

STITCH/BODY WELDER
STITCH/BODY WELDER Works with any electric arc welder with settings of 80 amps or less Welder features a special diode that reduces output by 50% for welding thin (18- to 22-gauge) sheet metal without burn-through. Change amperage settings by turning the 2-step adjusting screw. Arc is self-starting, final bead is smooth arc welding equipment and even creating almost no need for grinding arc welding equipment and filling. Pulse weld by drawing electrode along welding line, current pulses on arc welding equipment and off but welder continues. An electronic devise plus the ultra-sensitive action of the electrode holder prevents arc from breaking between pulses. Ideal method for reducing voltage arc welding equipment and heat buildup during welding. Welder uses any standard arc welding rod up to 3/32" diam. (not included). Kit includes 5 ft. power cord (attaches to arc welder) arc welding equipment and instructions.

Miller Electric - Miller Electric is an arc welding and cutting equipment manufacturing company based in Appleton, WI. Miller Electric has grown from a one-man operation selling products in Northeast Wisconsin, to what is today the world's largest manufacturer of arc welding and cutting equipment.

Shielded metal arc welding - Shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), also known as manual metal arc (MMA) welding or informally as stick welding, is a manual arc welding process that uses a consumable electrode coated in flux to lay the weld. An electric current, in the form of either alternating ...

Plasma arc welding - Plasma arc welding (PAW) is an arc welding process similar to gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW). The electric arc is formed between an electrode (which is usually but not always made of a sintered tungsten) and the workpiece.

Carbon arc welding - Carbon Arc Welding (CAW) is a process which produces coalescence of metals by heating them with an arc between a nonconsumable carbon (graphite) electrode and the work-piece. It was the first arc-welding process ever developed but is not used for many applications ...
